Join our Rehab Therapy team as a Patient Liaison in Wabasha MN.

Pay range of $17.54 - $24.62 / hour based on related experience.

Whats Available:

Part time position at 0.4 FTE - scheduled two (2) days per week.
Scheduled Monday through Friday day shift.

What you will do:

Represents Gundersen Health Systems high standards for customer service in all telephone and face-to-face encounters through courteous patient and respectful conduct and conversation.
Works collaboratively with the Rehab Department and health care team members to effectively communicate information.

What you need:

High School Diploma or equivalency
1 year experience in medical facility preferred
