Key Responsibilities:

Perform and validate laboratory testing in hematology chemistry microbiology and blood bank.
Maintain strict accuracy and quality assurance in reporting results.
Calibrate operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Communicate findings effectively with clinicians to support patient care decisions.
Comply with all hospital safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Medical Technologist License (required).
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital laboratory experience.
No employment gaps greater than 1 year.
