With several modern facilities across the San Antonio area including newly opened clinics in North San Antonio the organization provides a supportive and professional environment for both experienced providers and new graduates.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and expanding outpatient practice in San Antonio TX.

This full-time permanent position offers a traditional MondayFriday schedule with no weekends no hospital rounding and no call. The role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality evidence-based care to adult patients with the option to see all age groups if preferred.

New graduates are welcome to apply and a bilingual (English/Spanish) skillset is required due to the patient population.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive acute and chronic disease management.

  • Conduct annual wellness exams including womens health visits as part of a holistic care approach.

  • Evaluate diagnose and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient-centered care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR eClinicalWorks).

  • Promote health education and preventive care to support long-term patient wellness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).

  • Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; national certification required.

  • Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
