Enterprise Management Solutions LLC provides business infrastructure staffing and sales enablement for companies in real-estate property management hospitality and service-based industries. This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts leasing packages and resident service programs.


POSITION OVERVIEW

TheClient Services Sales Consultantacts as the bridge between EMS U.S. leadership and its client accounts.
This role focuses oncommunication coordination and documentation helping to ensure that project timelines deliverables and client expectations are met.

Youll work directly with theChief Marketing & Sales Officerand support client relations service tracking and marketing initiatives that drive measurable results for EMS and its portfolio of managed businesses.


LOCATION:Remote Philippines

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO)


WORK SCHEDULE:
MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)


CLASSIFICATION:
Full-Time Remote Independent Contractor (W8BEN)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the CMSO in coordinating day-to-day communications with client businesses.
  • Track active service engagements marketing tasks and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with EMS departments (operations marketing design finance) to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain organized client and project records using CRM or project management systems.
  • Prepare reports presentations and summaries for client or internal review.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and documenting scope of work details.
  • Follow up on assigned action items and ensure accountability within teams.
  • Participate in internal meetings to provide updates and feedback.


Qualifications

  • Experience:24 years in client service coordination or account management (BPO or professional services background preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and spoken English (neutral accent preferred).
    • Strong organizational and reporting ability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and CRM/project software (e.g. ClickUp HubSpot Asana).
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Requirements:
    • Stable internet connection quality headset and reliable computer/laptop.
    • Availability to workU.S. business hours (8 AM5 PM EST) Monday through Friday.
    • Willingness to work on U.S. holidays when required (no paid holiday benefit).


COMPENSATION & TERMS

  • Base Pay: $7/hour ( 410/hour) equivalent to approx. $1120/month (65000/month) based on 40 hours/week
  • Bonuses: Monthly performance incentives based on responsiveness communication quality and project completion
  • Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave. Performance bonuses and growth opportunities available.
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payouts via EMS international payroll (Deel)
