This position within our Maintenance & Engineering department presents an outstanding opportunity to engage with innovative equipment and enhance premium production processes!
Responsibilities
- Set up production equipment and materials according to planning ensuring all components and machinery are in efficient condition.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps and setup equipment.
- Disassemble clean and reassemble pumps used in the encapsulation machine.
- Provide service support related to the aforementioned production activities.
- Work on projects aimed at continuous improvement of production processes improving the efficiency of the encapsulation process (RFT OTD and OEE).
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance and engineering specifically with utilities machinery and equipment for gel and medicine production.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical electrical and instrumentation fields.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting with an emphasis on collaboration and outstanding service.
- Ambitious and meticulous approach to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
- Openness to working different shifts such as daytime evening and on-call rotations.
Team and Schedule
The personnel in our department include a Maintenance & Engineering Manager Maintenance Manager Calibration Engineer Senior Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technicians and Set Up Technicians. The company runs three shifts to ensure a seamless production line covering day shifts rotating shifts and on-call services.
