What Youll Do:

Partner with our corporate HQ to ensure seamless IT services
Lead day-to-day operations resolving IT infrastructure network and system challenges.
Manage the organizations complete IT infrastructure ensuring robust security and efficiency.
Develop and implement innovative solutions that increase productivity and enhance security across the company.
Drive key initiatives toward CMMC and ISO 27001 certifications ensuring full compliance.
Design and implement security policies that meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain network continuity and secure infrastructure across time zones.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record of managing IT departments and enterprise-level operations.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of NIST DIAD and ICD guidance with hands-on experience in cybersecurity incidents remediation and compliance.
Certifications: Strong background in achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification and CMMC compliance.
Technical Leadership: Experience designing IT architectures and networks in secure environments and leading IT support teams.
Security Focus: Familiarity with network security RMF cross-domain solutions and COMSEC.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot physical layer issues (workstations printers etc.).
Visionary Thinking: A forward-thinking leader with the ability to architect long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Certifications: Must hold a current IAT Level III certification.
