Role Summary:
The Vice President of Emergency Services will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for emergency and trauma programs across multiple acute care hospitals. This role will guide system-wide operational performance quality outcomes and service line growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy operations and clinical performance for emergency and trauma service lines across multiple facilities.
- Develop and enforce evidence-based clinical and operational protocols.
- Drive staffing optimization patient throughput safety and satisfaction outcomes.
- Oversee regulatory readiness including trauma designation and compliance standards.
- Partner closely with enterprise leadership to align emergency services with system-wide priorities.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Florida or Compact Nursing State.
- Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience in emergency or trauma services.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
- No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
- Clean professional license history.
