Position Summary

The Service Manager oversees all aspects of the service department ensuring efficiency profitability and outstanding customer satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can inspire a team manage daily operations and drive performance aligned with Toyota standards and dealership goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead train and motivate service advisors technicians and support staff.
Monitor department performance through key metrics including CSI RO count ELR and hours per RO.
Ensure compliance with Toyota standards warranty procedures and safety regulations.
Manage customer interactions and resolve escalated service concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency customer experience and profitability.
Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize Fixed Operations performance.
Maintain an organized and clean service environment that reflects Toyota quality standards.

Qualifications
Minimum 35 years of dealership service management experience (Toyota experience strongly preferred).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
Strong customer service communication and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealertrack preferred).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
