Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Manager of Critical Care to oversee CVICU or MSICU operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily ICU operations staffing and performance
Implement evidence-based practices and quality initiatives
Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Manage budgets and departmental goals

Qualifications:

Active RN license
Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in ICU
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
