As a key player in the global energy transition were seeking a driven and detail-oriented Engineering Management Assistant to support our Grid Integration team in Raleigh NC. This role is your gateway into the heart of the power industry where innovation meets infrastructure.
Youll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision agility and purpose. From supporting engineering operations to coordinating facility logistics your work will directly contribute to the seamless execution of projects that power communities and industries. How Youll Make an Impact
- Support daily operations for engineering managers and teams.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using Fieldglass and MyIT.
- Oversee facility operations at the Cary NC engineering site.
- Manage invoice processing and administrative documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and org charts.
- Organize bookings and events for internal teams and external visitors.
- Handle access card and visitor registration logistics.
- Administer DocuSign and purchase requests for consultants and materials.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Minimum of an Associates Degree.
- 5 years of experience in an office management setting.
- Proficiency in Office365 and strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
- Experience in administrative or technical support roles preferred.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
