Role:Demand Generation Manager

Size and functions of local team:12 sales staff across EU; marketing team includes Head of Marketing Content Marketer Website Specialist (growth/website focus) and two interns (events & design).Role description:
- Own and execute the full demand gen strategy for lead acquisition and awareness.
- Run and optimize LinkedIn & Google Ads campaigns (15K/month).
- Track funnel KPIs CPL CPC MQL cost conversion rates.
- Test iterate and optimize budgets for scalable growth.
- Align messaging and creative with Marketing and Content teams.
- Coach the Website/Growth Marketer on funnel optimization.
- Manage HubSpot setup for attribution and lead tracking.

- Work directly with senior leadership and the Head of Marketing on commercial strategy

Must haves:- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably experience in SaaS or similar motion)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (min. 10K monthly budgets)
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing CPL/CPC/MQL tracking and attribution
- CRM experience (HubSpot)
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Nice to haves:- Experience in AgriTech sustainability or compliance-related industries
- Fluency in Dutch or German
