ROLE SUMMARY:
The PMO and Budget Finance Manager is responsible for handling the Digital Transformation Finance by providing support guidance and visibility to different stakeholders to execute their budgets. As well as to bring best practices to optimize process on the DT organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee financial planning estimating and reporting processes across the DT Team Value Creation and Finance teams including review / consolidation of monthly results understanding key drivers compiling variance commentary vs prior estimates and submission of results to Senior Leadership team.
- Key point person to DT team member providing support & leadership in all aspects of finance related responsibilities.
- Maintain and update financial internal portals across areas and seek out opportunities to streamline/standardize processes and formats to ensure accurate reporting and reduce manual inputs.
- Assist with monthly financial updates to various leaders providing them a snap-shot of performance vs budget trends and provide thoughtful insights on how to best manage resources / maximize efficiency of spend.
- Single Point contact between local finance team and Global finance team.
- Internal consulting role that will drive continues improvement on the DT ecosystem.
- Manage different projects to drive value for the DT team.
- Identify opportunities between areas to improve as routines KPIs tracking information flow.
- Use tools techniques and ABI methodologies to support research analysis and problem solving.
- Participate in the 1YP and 3YP business Cycle routines by gathering information from the Budget Owners
WoW-Routines:
- Budget Weekly Routine
- NAZ Tech value creation team and US Commercial Finance monthly routines
- DT L3 Leadership tracking and Monitoring routine.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management Accounting Finance or
other applicable fields. - 3 years of progressive experience in Finance/Consulting specifically focused on Planning and Analysis.
- Proficient with MS Office particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Power BI Excel Ana Plan and SAP

- Strong analytical skills and forecasting/planning skills.
- Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced results-oriented and rapidly changing
environment. - Accuracy and attention to detail and deadlines.
