We are a top environmental and engineering consulting firm and were seeking a passionate Senior Geologist Engineer or Environmental Scientist to help shape the future of our Roseville CA office. The selected candidate will assist in providing Trihydros clients and customers with effective responsive and safe environmental solutions. As a senior leader you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring junior staff fostering a culture of safety collaboration and professional development building client relationships and representing Trihydro at industry conferences and regional trade organizations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams and coordinate environmental assessments data analysis and remediation projects.
Report preparation including investigation plans remediation plans and reports.
Preparation of scopes of work and cost estimates.
Provide oversight of junior personnel for professional mentorship and safety.
Business development and growth of our regional practices include meeting with clients attending conferences and participating in regional trade organizations.

Qualifications:

Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant investigation remediation and project management experience.
Expertise in project management
Proven track record of business development including pursuing new clients contracting new work and networking with environmental professionals within California
Licensed as a California P.G. or P.E.; other certifications will be considered
Knows how to navigate complex environmental programs and projects (including scope schedule and budget).
Expertise in a variety of environmental programs (RCRA CERCLA TSCA).
Regulatory expertise based on working directly with the DTSC and RWQCB on assessment and remediation projects.
Approaches challenges proactively with a problem-solving mindset.
Produces the highest quality deliverables and effectively communicates results/objectives/strategies.
Enjoys developing strong client relations.
Is interested in hiring mentoring and managing technical staff.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $120000- $200000
