Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Partner with product owners and customers to analyze business requirements map them to technical solutions and perform system setup customized configurations and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering product and support teams to identify and address gaps in end-to-end solutions ensuring operational readiness and scalability for deployment.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting during initial deployments and hyper-care stages proposing workarounds and capturing feedback for future feature development.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for customer users throughout solution delivery ensuring effective communication issue resolution and alignment with customer goals.
  • Manage solution implementation projects coordinating with product and engineering teams to address testing compliance legal and security considerations.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and deliver user training providing analytical insights and ensuring adoption of the solution.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate solution reliability repeatability and usability across diverse use cases.
  • Ensure all solution deployment activities adhere to Brambles Zero Harm framework promoting compliance with policies and safety standards.

This is a presential role that requires own mobility within the northern area of Mexico City and Estado de Mexico.

Position Purpose

To execute the tasks generated by the smart pallets implementation (CD) in Mexico. Operations room coordination.
Operations digital expert for all new digital projects
This position is accountable for the technical implementation and management of digitized assets which will include the training of personnel inventory management repairing of digitized devices as well as general support of future deployments.

Main Accountabilities

  • Supervise all digital activities in the operations room of the plant: inspection and condition devices
  • Manage deployments for CD Mexico project in cooperation with the subcos(3PL)
  • Report and action operational KPIs: inventory activity conformance cost
  • Manage the pool inventory: number of devices in the field in the plants in the ops room
  • Become the technical digital expert for all the activities in Mexico: deployments device condition IM database Brix platform
  • Monitor the process conformance application in the Country
    • Digital pallets interception and device conditioning
    • Scrap definition
    • Stock Reconciliation
  • Monitor the digital activity in the ops room and scanners locations in the network
  • Monitor the collection ratio of all the regions of influence
  • Train new staff from Subco on the processes to be applied
  • Suggest process improvements for digital activities
  • Reorder of spare parts according to inventory policy
  • Support the country for all digital issues from the technical perspective with CHEP digital operations guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Engineering degree (Electronics)
  • Experience with IT environment and electronic components (3 years minimum)
  • Experience coordinating activities across different teams remotely
  • Experience training and supporting others (desirable)
  • Experience with hand work repairing small parts
  • Experience in stock inventory
  • Experience in KPIs reporting and action plan development
  • Experience applying process and improving them
