Essential Responsibilities:
- Support Sourcing organization to develop new materials and new suppliers
- Co-lead project related to lead time reduction and cost out improvement
- Co-lead supplier performance evaluation and development
- Opportunity to learn and execute lean six sigma
- Opportunity to learn the business from end to end
- Exposure to power generation workshop machinery and operating technology
- Supporting Vendor qualification Project
- Lead process improvement project for sourcing especially focus on Account Payable and Supplier relationships for repair shop in Indonesia and Singapore
- Working with other function such as operation quality and finance.
General Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in a technical or business major.
- Must be registered as a student until at least when start the internship.
- Available for a minimum 8-month internship.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects successfully.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to take on challenging assignments with a passion for driving change.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Location: PT. Gents Bandung.
