Are you the one that can step-change our technical performance Verisure Denmark is looking for a Technical Operations Manager with a solid analytical approach great leadership capabilities and strong stakeholder management skills to drive best-in-class service delivery both remotely and in the field to deliver highest quality standards and to leverage the product innovation pipeline.
As Technical Operations Manager your primary responsibility will be to ensure business readiness to adopt new products and to leverage new technology to deliver top-tier remote service options for our customers and best-in-class service. This should be enabled by driving a motivated team and building strong connections and synergies across functions in both within Verisure Denmark and with technology colleagues all around the Group.
In the role as Technical Operations Manager you will be accountable for the daily operations in Verisures Technical Department and you will lead a team of around 10 employees ensuring high engagement and continuous development of the team. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive best-in-class service and that we deliver highest quality standards in the Technical Department with our Security Experts in the Field Sales organization and with our Service Technicians.
In parallel you will support our Go-to-Market strategy and plans for our product innovations. As part of this role you will provide insights from the Technical Department to the Group innovation and technology teams supporting the development and launch of new products and ensuring their smooth integration into the Danish market. As our Technical Service and Value Proposition are a crucial part in allowing us to protect Danish families and SMVs you will carry a big responsibility also to take the area to the next level. This will not only require a close collaboration with Field Sales Managers Service Partners but also Managers in innovation and technical departments across the Verisure Group.
Ensure efficient and top-tier remote service resolutions either with or without customer contact supporting the best customer experience
Structurally work with our quality standards together with our Security Experts and Service Technicians
Engage and motivate a high-performing Technical Support Team delivering seamless and qualified technical support to colleagues in the Field
Ensure product performance in Denmark meets all quality targets
Support Go-to-Market strategy for our product innovation pipeline plan implementation and ensure business readiness to adopt new products
Identify analyse and implement new processes and ways of working to deliver cost efficiencies without compromising on a best-in-class service. You will drive change
Evaluating and improving support processes: You will be responsible for continuously evaluating support processes and identifying areas for improvement. This may involve identifying bottlenecks inefficient procedures or technological updates that can optimize the support process and increase customer satisfaction
In this role you will report directly to our Operations Director and become part of the Operations Management Team as well as the Extended Management Team with leaders across the organisation.
As Technical Operations Manager it is crucial that you apply a solid analytical approach while also being able to understand and translate complex technical requirements to simple understandings. As you will drive process changes in a cross-functional area it is crucial that you excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with your key stakeholders.

Possess strong analytical skills with experience working systematically with data and making informed decisions based on insights
Embrace and successfully drive change by bringing new ideas and leveraging newest technology. Proven track-record of successful change management initiatives is key
Can lead and engage a high-performing and diverse team of Technical Agents
Demonstrate a natural interest within the technical field
Display excellent stakeholder management capabilities to handle and nurture relationships with stakeholders as you will work closely with other areas
Exhibits the ability to collect best practises across other markets and integrate these practises into a Danish the role of Technical Operations Manager you are expected to be proactive in the networks you will be a part of
