About The Role

Frances Perry House is seeking enthusiastic midwifes to join our Postnatal Ward and our Birth Suite. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will be joining a team dedicated to delivering a higher standard of support and care for mothers to be and their newborns.

Our multidisciplinary team of experienced obstetricians midwives nursing staff lactation consultants and allied health professionals work together to ensure a comfortable and confident experience before during and after pregnancy.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience working across all areas in maternity including Birth Suite and SCN highly desirable
  • Postgraduate maternity qualifications essential
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and individually when required
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $36.13 - $ 49.96 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
