Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Rochester NY 14626
Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12-Hour 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Pay Range: $50 $55/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Emergency Roomfor an exciting job in Rochester NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care in an emergency/trauma setting.
Perform triage assessment and stabilization for diverse emergency cases.
Administer medications IV therapies and blood products safely and accurately.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias.
Assist with procedures requiring sedation and continuous monitoring.
Float to other units as needed based on census and hospital needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active New York RN License (no pending or temporary licenses).
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience.
Valid AHA BLS ACLS PALS and NIHSS certifications.
Willingness to float between units as required.
Availability to work every other weekend.
Must qualify for travel status (75 mile radius).
Preferred:
Epic EMR experience.
Background in both adult and pediatric emergency care.
