Job Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts for our engineering and product teams. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies across various functions with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving business needs of the technical organization at Fingerprint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing attracting and hiring top talent across a diverse range of engineering and product roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for varying positions from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse and other relevant tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand role requirements develop job descriptions and create tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications cultural fit and alignment with role requirements ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Cross-Functional Recruiting: Flexibly support engineering hiring needs as they arise leveraging your technical recruiting skills to ensure a seamless process.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of Fingerprints employer brand by promoting our culture values and opportunities in the market.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with employment laws and regulations maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on engineering and product roles and the ability to recruit for non-technical roles as needed.
  • Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse and other relevant platforms.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of product and engineering functions including an understanding of complex technical tasks with the ability to engage and attract candidates in these areas.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with or willingness to learn engineering and technical roles with the capability to effectively recruit for these positions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and teams.

Compensation Range

$For cash compensation we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth order to be compliant with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
