What Youll Do:

• Perform incoming in-process and final inspections of materials electrical components sub-assemblies circuit card assemblies and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings schematics specifications and work instructions.

• Ensure raw materials provided by suppliers meet contractual flow down requirements.

• Generate and document approval or rejection labels nonconforming reports photographs and or diagrams as part of the inspection review process.

• Minimize down time by focusing on process proactive improvement opportunities and presenting them to management

What You Need:

• Precision mechanical inspection first article inspection and receiving and in-process experience.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification using ASME Y 14.5. GD&T and skillful use of metrology tools and gages required.

• Experience programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies

• ESD protection and handling knowledge and awareness of electronic parts.

• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers micrometers drop indicators microscopes etc.

• J-STD/IPC assembly solder and inspection experience a plus.

• High school diploma with minimum three (3) years of experience.

• U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.
