Job Title: X-Ray Technologist (Bone Density Focus)
Location: Cleveland OH
Duration: 26 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 5x8-Hour Schedule (7:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Compensation: $2553 Weekly Gross
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist with strong expertise in Bone Density Imaging to join our diagnostic imaging team for a 26-week assignment in Cleveland OH. The ideal candidate will be proficient with advanced imaging equipment maintain excellent patient care standards and possess strong attention to detail in all radiologic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Bone Density (DEXA) scans and general X-ray imaging as needed.
Assist with radiologic procedures when Bone Density cases are not scheduled.
Operate imaging systems and ensure accurate positioning and image quality.
Maintain patient safety comfort and confidentiality during all imaging procedures.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
Document procedures accurately within the electronic medical record system.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
35 years of experience as an X-Ray or Bone Density Technologist.
Proficiency with Hologic and GE equipment required; Siemens experience preferred.
Prior experience with EPIC EMR is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of radiologic principles radiation safety and imaging protocols.
Certifications & Licenses:
BLS Certification (AHA) Required
ARRT (R) and (BD) Required
Valid Ohio State Radiologic License Required
