ARDEX Academy - Technical Field Representative Dallas GA base

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and knowledgeable TECHNICAL FIELD REPRESENTATIVE to our team - someone who thrives on sharing expertise and making a real impact. If you have a strong background in tile and stone or flooring installation systems and enjoy engaging with others through hands-on training and technical support this is your opportunity to shine.

In this high-impact role youll be the go-to expert for ARDEX customers distributors and internal sales teams. Whether leading interactive classroom seminars conducting on-site training or solving technical challenges in the field your contributions will directly influence customer success and satisfaction.

Based at our Dallas GA Plant and ARDEX Training Academy youll cover the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic territories with travel up to 50% including air and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging technical product seminarsboth classroom and hands-onat ARDEX training centers.
  • Conduct field training sessions at customer and distributor locations.
  • Coordinate seminar logistics including materials presentations and setup.
  • Lead product demonstrations and job starts on-site.
  • Provide expert support to distributors and walk-in customers.
  • Collaborate with ARDEX Sales Professionals to support field activities and job site evaluations.
  • Host customer events and dinners to foster strong relationships.
  • Assist in testing new and existing products including competitive materials.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in flooring installation including tile & stone systems concrete repair and adhesives.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skillscomfortable leading large group trainings.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for seminars and clinics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Driven self-motivated and passionate about the industry.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook; PowerPoint experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds and carry up to 55 pounds. Comfortable standing sitting walking kneeling and bending for extended periods.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED with relevant industry experience accepted.
