Job Description:
This position aims to serve HR operations for Airbus in China including:
As focal point of headcount management within team
Manage HC project and communication with other teams
Prepare headcount report
Update & maintain headcount dashboard regularly
Support other teams in case of HC needed (e.g. IM PR etc.)
Support HR team on digital platforms:
Support company or team re-organization in myPulse and iPeople
For myPulse as a key user of the role HR analyst to manage employee information and validate info maintenance termination etc. and support HR people in case of doubt on staffing relevant processes
Support HR team on iPeople troubleshooting
Ensure the smooth operations of staffing team by taking care of Probation contract renewal leaving internal transfer / service agreement / employee certificates with defined scope
As a focal point to boost efficiency and employee experience from staffing perspective including but not limited to:
Prepare seniority awards & organize ceremony
Contract corner refurbishment
Support and foster staffing processes iteration in case of any opportunities identified
Support team on data quality check and data clean-up
