Job Summary

Intermediate to Senior Paralegal - Estate Litigation
Location:Vancouver
Salary:$80000-$90000

Our clienta full-service litigation law firm islooking for an intermediate to senior Estate Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Estate Law group.

The Role

Review and organization of file materials.
Preparation of initial pleadings including Responses List of Documents Application material and Affidavits.
Drafting and maintenance of file information summaries and chronologies.
Analysis of wills trusts financial statements and other key documents.
Tracking of deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure compliance.
Assisting lawyers with discovery mediation and trial preparation.

Skills & Qualifications

Successful completion of an accredited Paralegal program.
5 years of experience working in estate litigation
Strong technical skills including proficiency with Word and Outlook.
Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
A client-centred approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
