Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN)
Location - Goodlettsville TN
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients health status and develop appropriate nursing care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patients medical conditions and responses to treatments.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as meals bathing and mobility.

Respond to emergencies and urgent issues.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements: Tennessee RN or BSN RN License
