Job Summary

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead the design development and validation of electronic systems including PCBs firmware and related hardware for ICE products. The ideal candidate will contribute throughout the full hardware lifecycle-architecture design debugging deployment and ongoing support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead design and validation of electronic systems and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Translate system-level requirements into detailed circuit specifications.
Design debug and maintain embedded firmware solutions.
Apply project management methods to hardware/firmware development.
Review and improve electronic designs methodologies and equipment.
Provide expertise in RF system design and troubleshooting.
Work with communication interfaces and protocols such as UART SPI I2C USB Wi-Fi RFID TCP/IP and MIL-STD-1553.
Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and environmental regulations.
Manage multiple priorities effectively.
Contribute to projects involving encryption hardware and flex PCB layouts.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (or Associates 8 years experience).
6 years of experience in electrical/computer engineering.
Strong background in hardware (CCA design) and software (C) development.
Proven experience developing high-performance embedded designs for RF signal processing.
Proficiency with Altium Designer for PCB design.

Experience with RF system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of encryption hardware.
Experience with flex PCB layout design.
