Role Overview:
This role supports a statewide court Case Management System initiative by bridging business needs and technical solutions focusing on requirements definition data flow analysis and system documentation within a full SDLC environment. Responsibilities include partnering with end users and developers to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit document and manage business and functional requirements including use cases and non-functional specifications.
Create screen designs user story maps and process flows using Lucidchart; maintain user stories in JIRA.
Analyze and explain complex data flows; construct workflow charts and specifications; support UAT and change management.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings throughout SDLC; act as liaison between business partners and development teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years as an IT Business Analyst with experience gathering requirements for complex software solutions.
5 years with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
3 years collaborating with API developers and defining API service calls.
3 years creating comprehensive data flow diagrams; proficiency with Lucidchart.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in state or local government ideally within the Georgia Criminal Justice System.
PMP or ITIL foundational certification; experience with JIRA and Lucidchart.
Additional Details:
Onsite role standard hours (8 hours/day 5 days/week). Ability to travel up to 10% to meet stakeholders. Start within two weeks of selection may be required.
