Key Responsibilities
- Create service work orders and schedule technicians.
- Process service work orders and inspection reports for fire alarm systems in preparation for invoicing.
- Prepare and submit compliance documents and testing certificates.
- Assist with permit applications submittals and project closeout packages.
- Maintain records of monitoring accounts.
- Support the fire alarm project manager with proposals invoicing and correspondence.
- Answer and direct customer calls emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience required (construction or fire protection preferred).
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems a must.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
