Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Executive to join our operations team. This role will act as the key bridge between advisors clients and insurance partners to ensure a seamless experience from policy login to issuance including renewals endorsements and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key liaison between advisors and insurance partners to ensure seamless operations.
Assist advisors and clients with policy issuance endorsements and renewals.
Ensure faster TAT (Turnaround Time) for policy issuance by proactively coordinating tracking and following up with all stakeholders.
Monitor and resolve bottlenecks in the issuance process to minimize delays.
Update and maintain records in CRM systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Provide responsive support to advisors and clients by addressing queries and service requests effectively.
Support clients with post-sales service including endorsements refunds and clarifications.
Oversee renewals and endorsement processing for all existing policies.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and advisors for smooth process execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
