About the Opportunity
A growth-focused organization operating in the IT services and enterprise software sector delivering technology solutions custom software and managed services to B2B customers across industries in India. We are hiring an on-site sales professional to drive revenue growth own customer relationships and close high-value deals across domestic accounts.
Primary Job Title: IT Sales Executive Location: India (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify qualify and convert new B2B opportunities across target verticalsmanage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; prioritise high-value opportunities and forecast weekly/monthly revenue accurately.
- Conduct on-site client meetings product demonstrations and consultative discovery to map technical solutions to business needs.
- Prepare persuasive proposals commercial models and negotiate terms to close deals while protecting margin.
- Use CRM to log activities track opportunities and collaborate with delivery/technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; report progress to Sales Manager and participate in go-to-market planning.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record in B2B IT or software sales with demonstrable revenue achievement.
- Experience selling IT services SaaS or enterprise software (direct sales or channel) in Indian markets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM toolsSalesforce or Zoho CRMfor pipeline and opportunity management.
- Strong consultative / solution-selling ability and experience preparing commercial proposals.
- Comfortable with frequent on-site client engagement and travel across India.
- Target-driven approach with solid skills in lead generation prospecting and deal closing.
Preferred
- Experience selling cloud managed services or solutions to enterprise buyers.
- Existing network or client relationships within target verticals (e.g. BFSI Retail Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and RFP processes.
