Job Description :-
The Sales Head is responsible for overseeing market analyses performance evaluations control sales programs channel development activity and coordinating sales distribution. They play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities :-
- Develops & Implements a Sales plan.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance expectations accordingly.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs price schedules and discount rates.
- Directs staffing training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories quotas and goals.
- Advising sales executives concerning sales techniques.
- Assigns sales territory to Area Managers.
- Analyses sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
- Represents Companies at trade associations to promote products.
- Individually Deliver sales presentations to key clients maintain relationships negotiate and close deals and take complete responsibility for business from these key clients.
- Analyses and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- OEM & distribution Sales Team management and prepare an action plan to achieve sales budget. Generate Leads and follow-up Customer Relationship Management.
- Preparing & monitoring yearly sales budget & monitoring all sales activities including Sales Plan Collection Plan so on.
- Handle Topline Revenue Generation Territory Development Team Handling Team Training Customer Complaint Handling.
- Build new and existing business with clients develop strong bonds with PMC Consultants MEP B2B OEM Sales Corporate Sales and Government Sales.
- Handle a team of 15 - 20 Sales personnel including Dealer Management.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
