Job Summary

Job Description :-

The Sales Head is responsible for overseeing market analyses performance evaluations control sales programs channel development activity and coordinating sales distribution. They play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities :-

  • Develops & Implements a Sales plan.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance expectations accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs price schedules and discount rates.
  • Directs staffing training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories quotas and goals.
  • Advising sales executives concerning sales techniques.
  • Assigns sales territory to Area Managers.
  • Analyses sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
  • Represents Companies at trade associations to promote products.
  • Individually Deliver sales presentations to key clients maintain relationships negotiate and close deals and take complete responsibility for business from these key clients.
  • Analyses and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • OEM & distribution Sales Team management and prepare an action plan to achieve sales budget. Generate Leads and follow-up Customer Relationship Management.
  • Preparing & monitoring yearly sales budget & monitoring all sales activities including Sales Plan Collection Plan so on.
  • Handle Topline Revenue Generation Territory Development Team Handling Team Training Customer Complaint Handling.
  • Build new and existing business with clients develop strong bonds with PMC Consultants MEP B2B OEM Sales Corporate Sales and Government Sales.
  • Handle a team of 15 - 20 Sales personnel including Dealer Management.

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
