Position - Business Coordinator/CRE
Experience-Minimum 2-3 yrs sales experience
Location – Cochin
Qualification-Any Graduates

*Key Responsibilities –*
* Handle inbound calls from distributors retailers carpenters contractors and OEM clients for inquiries orders and complaints.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (interactions orders dispatch status payments).
* Coordinate with Accounts and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth billing payments and deliveries.
* Make outbound calls for follow-ups on quotations order confirmations dispatch updates and promotions.
* Identify customer needs and promote wood adhesive products through cross-selling and up-selling.
* Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and update payment records.
* Resolve customer complaints quickly and convert potential leads into sales.
* Share weekly reports on calls orders collections dispatch feedback and customer insights.
