Job Summary

Urgent Hiring In Electronics Manufacturing Industry!!!!!

Position : Engineer Supplier Quality Assurance(SQA)
Experience: 4 -5 yrs. experience in electronic components and PCB’s.
Qualification: B.E / (EEE or ECE)
Location : Cochin
Salary: 6 Lacs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Onsite visit/audit/inspection at supplier facilities
Plan and conduct supplier process audit’s
Measure and communicate the suppliers quality delivery performance .Monitor actions with low performance suppliers.
Work for continuous improvement for poor performance supplier’s
Support production line for failure analysis organize the analysis with supplier follow up and validate the corrective/preventive actions of supplier’s quality incidents
Help the suppliers solve their issues via on site visit and working sessions DOE analysis.
Communicate and log quality complaints and track supplier actions
Provide training on QC tools8D to required suppliers and control implementation
Keep supplier quality data base/ Log/Audit reports up to date and report it monthly
Follow complaints for RMA (IQC rejection & Quarantine)- realize charge back summary when needed.
Analyse repeated complaints at IQC & co-ordinate with internal and supplier team for improvement
Co-ordinate with engineering team on FAI/part qualification and supplier development activities trail run’s

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Vendor audits/assessments process audits supplier ratingprocess knowledge on MFG process
like PCB’s cable assemblies.
