Job Summary
Join Exxaro Resources as a Project Coordinator IM in Kriel Mpumalanga South Africa. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of IT/IM and OT projects from initiation to completion ensuring strategic alignment and operational value.
- Develop project plans that align with Exxaros digital strategy and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
- Engage and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to company governance cybersecurity and compliance standards during project planning and execution.
- Coordinate budget management project schedules and risk assessments to meet project objectives and KPIs.
- Foster knowledge transfer by implementing best practices and facilitating communication between teams.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment focused on project excellence and innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing and applying lessons learned from project experiences.
- Ensure successful integration of project outcomes into operational structures to maintain business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and contribute to digital transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Project Management (Essential/Minimum)
- BSc in IT and Computer Science or relevant B Degree (Recommended/Desirable)
- 3-5 years proven experience in IT/IM project delivery using methodologies such as PMBOK Prince2 or Agile (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate ITIL Foundation and Certification in Agile Foundations (Recommended/Desirable)
- Experience with technology solutions such as infrastructure upgrades ERP integrations digital applications or IT/OT convergence projects (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement project planning budgeting and reporting
- Ability to ensure compliance with IT governance cybersecurity and business performance standards
- Demonstrated skills in risk management vendor coordination and project lifecycle management
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional and virtual team environments
- Commitment to promoting a safe and compliant work environment
