Job Summary
Position : Email Marketing Assistant
Working Schedule : 10am-6pm EST
Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Proactive and organized Junior Email Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an execution-focused individual to take on hands-on campaign work and support our customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Deploy Campaigns: Execute and launch email SMS and push notification campaigns primarily using Klaviyo.
- Creative Coordination: Manage the creative feedback loop and briefs by coordinating with the creative team via Asana.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Handle thorough QA testing for all campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Reporting & Execution: Support the Retention Lead by taking on tactical campaign execution and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Marketing Tools: Direct experience with Klaviyo and with project management platforms like Asana.
- Essential Skills: Highly organized communicative and proficient in campaign QA testing and performance tracking.
- Soft Skills:
- Creative but intensely execution-focusedyou can deliver quickly and adapt easily to feedback.
- Environment Fit: Comfortable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
