My client is seeking an IPCM Operations Manager (Incident Problem and Change Management) a leader with courage precision and the instincts of an explorer. Duties & Responsibilities

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical Process or Electrical preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations integrity or commissioning management
Proven leadership and people management skills you know how to guide a team through storms and success alike
Deep understanding of incident problem and change management frameworks
Strategic thinker with an explorers curiosity and a commanders discipline
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills diplomacy meets decisiveness
