Our client in the Boland is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead a 120 person team across fulfilment supply chain customer service and projects. Youll drive operational excellence ensure smooth daily performance and lead continuous improvement across our fast-growing business.

Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Lead and motivate teams building a strong positive culture.
Oversee warehouse operations logistics and fleet management.
Ensure efficient order fulfilment and exceptional customer experiences.
Manage supply chain stock control and compliance (including cold chain).
Deliver process improvements manage KPIs budgets and cross-team projects.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors in Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
5 years in operations or e-commerce management.
Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
Proven people leadership and project management skills.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and ERP/WMS systems (advantageous).
Detail-oriented analytical and passionate about operational excellence
