Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Engineer with strong front-end development expertise and a passion for creating intuitive accessible and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Laravel (PHP) HTML5 CSS3 and possess a solid understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver seamless digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement responsive user-friendly interfaces that deliver outstanding user experiences.

Develop and maintain front-end components using and integrate them with Laravel-based backends.

Ensure all web applications adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers backend developers and product managers to translate designs into functional code.

Optimize applications for speed scalability and cross-browser compatibility.

Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design and functionality.

Maintain clean efficient and reusable code with proper documentation.

Stay updated with emerging UX trends accessibility standards and front-end technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Design or a related field.

4 years of professional experience in front-end engineering or UX development.

Strong proficiency in (Composition API Vuex Router) and Laravel (PHP) framework.

Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and responsive design principles.

Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility implementation for web applications.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a user-centric mindset.
Good to Have:

Familiarity with Figma Adobe XD or other UX design tools.

Experience with SASS/SCSS Webpack or modern front-end build tools.

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest Mocha or PHPUnit).

Experience in performance optimization and SEO best practices.
