Salary: 30000 - 60000/month Incentives Petrol Allowance

Company manufactures high-performance transformers for industrial and infrastructure clients. We are expanding our market reach across India and internationally.
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business manage client relationships and grow our presence in the transformer industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients - EPC contractors industries utilities and government sectors.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline through direct visits networking and exhibitions.
-
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals with the engineering team.
-
Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
-
Visit clients regularly for business development and maintain strong relationships.

Track tenders and participate in vendor registrations with PSUs and private firms.
-
Maintain CRM updates submit weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with production.
-
Support the development of new domestic and export opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./ (Electrical) preferred; MBA in Marketing/Sales is an advantage.

Proven experience in transformer or allied electrical product sales.

Good communication negotiation and market understanding.

Self-driven strategic thinker with leadership qualities.
Requirement: Male candidates only Must have own bike
