The Role
Were hiring our Founding BizOps Lead to build the revenue engine that will scale us from Series A to Series B and beyond. This is a true 01 opportunity: youll own the entire revenue operations function establish foundational systems and processes and directly impact our go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase.
Youll report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with our Sales Customer Success and Finance teams.
What Youll Do
Financial reporting/forecasting prep (including multi entity consolidation)
Working directly with external bookkeepers across our UK and US entities
Create the single source of truth for pipeline bookings and revenue metrics. Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rates deal velocity and sales productivity
Build and refine our revenue forecasting ARR and NRR models; able to convey a growth story (actual and forecasted) with robust and accurate financial modelling
Own territory planning quota setting and compensation modeling
Sharing customer product updates and newsletter
Driving and scaling recruiting efforts for BDRs and AEs
Partner with Customer Success on renewal agreements expansion and retention analytics
What Were Looking For
Required
2 years in Revenue Operations Sales Operations GTM analytics Investment Banking or FP&A
Experience in fast paced environment: VC-backed B2B SaaS company or investment banking
Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Sheets
