BARTENDER - MONTFORD ROOFTOP BAR & DOUBLETREE ASHEVILLE

Join Our Team as a Bartender at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown!

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a friendly and motivated Bartender to join our Food & Beverage this role you will provide exceptional beverage service preparing and serving drinks while maintaining a clean organized bar and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What Youll Do:

Greet guests warmly take orders and provide menu recommendations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including specialty cocktails following standard recipes.
Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations including verifying guest identification.
Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area including clearing tables and cleaning equipment.
Monitor and replenish bar inventory notifying management of supply needs.
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions per hotel procedures.
Collaborate with barbacks and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

What Youll Need:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of previous bartending experience.
Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails and mixed drinks.
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation and order taking.
Good math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
