Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead mentor and support assistant teachers in your classroom.
- Create a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum promoting social emotional and academic growth.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
- Partner with the Center Director to achieve classroom and enrollment goals.
- ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
- Competitive pay: $21$22 per hour
