Job Description: Youll be representing high-quality leadership training solutions that make a real difference in peoples careers and organizations success. This isnt just another sales role youll be selling something you can genuinely believe in working with a company thats deeply passionate about developing leadership excellence. Youll have the autonomy to close deals directly rather than just setting appointments giving you full ownership of the sales process and the satisfaction of seeing deals through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Close leadership training deals during initial sales calls rather than just setting appointments
- Conduct outbound sales calls to companies individuals and organizations seeking leadership development
- Present leadership courses and training bundles to aspiring leaders new leaders and established professionals
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including phone calls emails and LinkedIn engagement
- Work with provided leads and potentially build additional prospect lists as needed
- Meet established sales targets and performance metrics with clear accountability measures
- Target various audiences including professionals managers and organizations looking to scale through better leadership
- Handle follow-up communications and maintain ongoing prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Manage administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex training solutions persuasively
- Experience working with sales targets and performance-based metrics
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong work ethic and accountability
- Ability to work UK time zone hours consistently
- Bonus if you have experience selling training education or professional development solutions
- It helps if you can authentically connect with leadership development concepts and understand their value
