As a Customer Service & Sales Support Agent youll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance. Youll listen show empathy and gather the right details to make sure their issue is handled quickly and smoothly.

Who Were Looking For
You dont need call centre experience just the right attitude and people skills. If youve ever worked in retail hospitality front-of-house or similar youll have what it takes. (Min 2 Years)
Were looking for people who are:
Confident communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Patient empathetic and able to stay calm under pressure.
Quick learners who take feedback well and want to grow in their career.
Reliable positive and motivated to deliver great service.
