Job Summary

Customer Service Agent (Mon - Fri)

Are you great with people and enjoy solving problems
Were looking for enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team.

In this role youll be talking with customers who already have insurance policies and helping them with everyday updates - such as changing a car adding a driver or updating their address. Youll use clear communication empathy and a structured process to make sure every customer gets a great experience.

If youve worked in retail hospitality or another customer-facing role this could be a great next step - bringing your people skills into a professional office environment with real career growth opportunities.

Who Were Looking For

  • Experience in retail hospitality or customer-facing roles (Min one Year)

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Empathetic positive and confident under pressure.

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

  • Reliable and organised someone who takes pride in doing a good job.



Work Location & Schedule

  • Training: Office-based (Dublin 2) Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.

  • After training: Hybrid model (typically 23 days per week in the office).

  • Saturday shifts: Occasionally required (short 10 a.m. 3 p.m. shift time off given in lieu).
