Customer Service Agent (Mon - Fri)
Are you great with people and enjoy solving problems
Were looking for enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team.
In this role youll be talking with customers who already have insurance policies and helping them with everyday updates - such as changing a car adding a driver or updating their address. Youll use clear communication empathy and a structured process to make sure every customer gets a great experience.

Training: Office-based (Dublin 2) Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
After training: Hybrid model (typically 23 days per week in the office).
Saturday shifts: Occasionally required (short 10 a.m. 3 p.m. shift time off given in lieu).
