Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that align with the nurserys curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and maintain a safe clean and organized environment.
- Monitor and assess the progress of children providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of childrens development and nursery activities.
- Support the emotional and social development of children encouraging positive interactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a nursery setting with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Experience in legal or administrative roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet judicial deadlines. Knowledge of SENDT processes and procedures is desirable.
