Were looking for a Manager People and Wellbeing who wants to make a real difference someone who cares about creating a safe healthy and supportive workplace where people can do their best work.
In this role youll lead a small capable team and have the space to shape how we attract develop and support our people. Youll work closely with others across the organisation to strengthen safety wellbeing and culture ensuring everyone feels respected valued and part of the team.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and variety. Youll have the opportunity to influence decisions collaborate widely and see the results of your work every day.
Were open to flexibility around how this role is delivered. While its advertised as full time were happy to discuss part-time or job-share arrangements that help you balance work and life.
This is an ongoing full-time position based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $118669 to $135197 p.a. plus superannuation.
What youll be doing
With our We Are Wannon people strategy now in its second year and a strengthened People and Wellbeing team were entering an exciting new chapter. This role plays a key part in bringing that strategy to life leading the day-to-day work of the team driving progress across all People and Wellbeing portfolios and helping shape the culture leadership and programs that make Wannon Water a great place to work.
