Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technically inclined with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites (mileage reimbursed).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with print copy scan and fax devices.
3 years of experience in a B2B service or technology support role.
Professional certifications such as A or Network are a plus.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and related software applications.
