About the Role:
As the Training Administrator you will play a vital role supporting Lanes Groups Training Department ensuring all records are kept up to date and our workers are compliant and able to work.
- Location: Eccles
- Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (08.30am-17.00pm)
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate training records
- Liaise with training suppliers
- Generate training reports
- Ensure audit compliance
- Compile certificates
- Accessing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Answering phone calls
- Ordering and booking training
Qualifications and Training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Health and Safety awareness certification - Desirable but not essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in training administration - Desirable but not essential
- Proven track record in maintaining training records - Desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of utility operations
