Salary: 30000 per annum (pro rata for PT)

Our client a successful independent Sales and Lettings Agency in Essex is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator to join their Romford team.

The company values ambition professionalism and great customer service and would also consider candidates with transferable skills from other customer-facing or sales roles.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing new and existing tenant and landlord relationships
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating lets
• Handling enquiries by phone email and in person
• Preparing tenancy agreements and related documentation
• Achieving and exceeding personal and branch targets
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with lettings regulations

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential lettings or a similar sales/customer service role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Self-motivated well-presented and reliable
• Good knowledge of Romford and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
